KYNALITH launched on 1 September 2026. Ontario company. Advisory for data centre operational readiness, carve-out acceleration, and infrastructure strategy, in French and English.
Who we are
Operators, not career consultants. The founding team has run data centre operations at group level, led the carve-out of data centre activities into a standalone multi-country operator (data centre, cloud, managed services), and handled post-acquisition integration.
On the systems side: enterprise systems, customer lifecycle and billing, governance tooling, workflow design, and programme delivery.
How we work
We work with the operations team. We stay for the work, not for a short presentation.
